Maple Crotch with Figured 'Honey Comb' Grain
This is a beautiful small Maple slab that is nearly 3 inches thick (2 15/16). The grain down the split of the crotch has a wavy-honey comb appearance. The top of this table displays the fungal spalting that occurs to wood over time as it begins the process of decay. This unique and gorgeous piece sits on hand made from salvaged Bur Oak, cut in a mid century mod style legs (3). This piece makes an ideal side table or small coffee table and a wonderful addition to any home. The natural beauty lends to both a rustic and modern appeal. This table fits perfectly with any decor.
