No two boxes are alike!

This box is made from beautiful, reclaimed, heartwood Hickory that comes from a region in Illinois. This Hickory is some of the most beautiful wood I have ever seen! The dark to light transitions with the distinct grain patterns and knotting sets this above most other woods. This Hickory is stunning. The lid is from reclaimed Burr Oak and has some spalting.

Dimensions: 13.5 x 5.25 x 3.75 (not including lid) (Boxes are measured in inches- Length, Width, Height - Measurements are approximate)

Many boxes have decorative knobs re-shaped from segmented bowl scraps from my father’s segmented bowls created over the past 20 years.
